These past couple years have been great for the Xbox community specifically and for the gaming division of Microsoft as a whole. The highlight of the success of Xbox is perhaps the Game Pass. The ‘Netflix for video games’ now plays home to over 19 million subscribers, with the numbers increasing daily.
A major reason behind this is, of course, the impressive lineup of titles available on the video game subscription platform. With the recent union with EA Play last year, the lineup got a significant boost to its lineup, further increasing the popularity of both parties.
The Xbox Game Pass is currently anticipating the arrival of some more exciting titles. In a couple of days, Game Pass subscribers will have Dirt 5, Killer Queen Black, and more on their hands.
End February with a blast, thanks to Xbox Game Pass
Just a couple of days ago, titles like Code vein, the Ultimate Edition of Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire, and Wreckfest graced the Game Pass lineup. While the first title needs no introduction, the addition of PoE and Wreckfest has been nothing but a complete success.
And now, these are the games to look out for this week!
First off on our list, we have Dirt 5. The off-road racing franchise with extreme cars has always been a fan-favorite. The latest title in the series takes things to the next level with enhanced visuals and stunning global locations. Furthermore, it features a story-based Career mode, a new Playgrounds custom arena hub, thrilling online party modes, and more. Dirt 5 will be available on Cloud, consoles, and PC, from the 23rd of this month.
Next up we have Elite Dangerous, a console title. Xbox describes it as “the definitive massively multiplayer space epic, bringing gaming’s original open-world adventure to the modern generation with a connected galaxy, evolving narrative and the entirety of the Milky Way re-created at its full galactic proportions.” A must for all the space adventure fans out there, this title will be coming to the Game Pass on the 23rd as well.
Finally, we have Killer Queen Black, a strategic team platformer title for up to eight players. Fight for your hive, hop on the snail, hoard berries, or wipe out the enemy’s queen to claim victory. This title will be available on Cloud and consoles from the 23rd of this month.
Well, if you do not have an Xbox Game Pass subscription, now might be a good time to get it!
