Developer Captillight Games has announced a brand new adventure as Path of Kami: Prologue appears on the Steam page. Valheim is full of secrets and hard-to-obtain materials that some players may never see or even attempt to gain, and one of the biggest examples of that is the Chitin resource that players can risk life and limb on the high seas to obtain.

If you haven’t gone sailing yet, there’s a good chance that you haven’t even heard of this resource. If you have, it still isn’t a sure thing, as the material isn’t as naturally occurring or unmoving as others are, and it’s not something suggested to challenge with only a raft.

The early game of the new smash-hit survival game Valheim is a bit difficult due to a lack of gear. This is far from something insurmountable, but the leap between leather gear and all-metal gear from the resources in the Black Forest biome is a massive gap.

There are two important things here, though – first, it’s absolutely optional. There are trade-offs to using Bronze armor, for example, such as players gaining higher defense and losing some movement speed as a result. Some may prefer the mobility of leather rather than the survivability of bronze.
